Our School

Riverview East Academy students benefit from a world-class education in a close-knit setting. Located on the banks of the Ohio River, Riverview East serves grades 9-12. As a result, students forge strong ties to each other and the community.

Riverview East students also have the advantage of a college preparatory program with a focus on healthcare. Students graduate ready for advanced training in the healthcare field.

Our school is part of the Cincinnati Public Schools' Career and Workforce Readiness Program. That means Riverview East students have access to real-world lessons on career exploration and finding employment.

Learn more about the academic credits our students can pursue on our Academics page and more about our career development offerings on our College, Vocational and Career Resources page.

Mission Statement

Riverview East Academy is a community learning center built on strong relationships. Students, families, staff, and community members work in partnership to educate all students with high levels of academic rigor and social emotional support.

Community Learning Center

Community Learning Center (CLC)
We are very proud to be a CLC and a neighborhood anchor. We strive to go beyond academics to focus on the whole child. We do this by serving as a hub for services that are available to students, their families and the entire community. We are able to offer a variety of services thanks to the support of our many partners and the Riverview East community.

Cristan Hodge is the Resource Coordinator for Riverview East Academy. To learn more about the services available at our school or how your company or organization can become a CLC partner or volunteer, please contact Cristan Hodge: hodgecr@cpsboe.k12.oh.us
